Michael A Ortenberg, Esq., President, is a graduate of Catholic University's Columbus School of Law, and has been admitted to the Virginia State Bar since 1995. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer who has conceptualized, tested, and implemented integrated network, hardware, and software solutions for law firms in New York, New Jersey and Virginia. He has held positions as Manager of Computer Information Systems for Legal Services of New Jersey, MIS/Litigation Support Specialist for Legal Services of Northern Virginia, PC Mitigation Manager on a Year 2000 project, Principal Consultant for Siemens Medical Solutions, and as a technology consultant to small law firms.

Robert S. Ertischek, Esq., Executive Vice President, has been admitted to the New York State Bar since 1989 and has practiced primarily in the fields of Real Property and Mortgage Lending as well as the general practice of law. He has maintained his own law office and worked in several small and medium size law firms in Rochester, New York, as well as in several National Title Companies.He has worked as a computer consultant to law offices and he leads full day Internet and desktop application courses at Ziff-Davis Education Center. He has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at Bryant & Stratton Business Institute, where he has taught paralegal students Computers and the Law and Business Formations.
